A conversation with your contractor on-site. A measurement you need to check before ordering tiles. A follow-up call you promised to make. Hemma has a place for all of it — the Notes screen — and a way to get things there fast.
Everything you capture falls into one of three types:
Tap Notes in the main navigation. You see everything you have captured, grouped by date, with filter tabs for Notes, Todos, and Events.
From the Notes screen, tap Add to open the capture form. Type or paste your text. Hemma's AI reads what you wrote and suggests:
Review the suggestion, adjust if needed, and save. One tap and it is in the right place.
When you capture something, you can link it to any project entity:
Links are shown on the item card. You can tap the link to jump directly to the related entity. An item can have multiple links.
When Hemma processes an email, it may extract actionable items — a date, a request, a commitment — and create captures automatically. These appear in the Notes screen tagged with Hemma as the source. You can edit, link, or delete them.
Tap the circle on the left of a todo item to tick it. It moves to the completed section. You can untick it any time.
Where does an Event capture go? An event capture also creates a calendar entry in your Hemma project calendar. If you have Google Calendar connected, it syncs there within two hours.
Can I capture something from the conversation screen? Yes. If Hemma extracts items during message processing, they appear in Notes automatically. You can also type directly in the capture form from any screen.
Can I delete a capture? Yes. Swipe left on the item or open it and tap Delete. Deletion is permanent.
