A named stage of your build. Hemma uses twelve phases that match how a Belgian construction project actually unfolds — from preparation and design through foundations, structure, and finishing to handover.
Each phase owns the milestones and decisions that belong to it, and moves to active when its start conditions are met (usually previous milestones completing).
Phases give Hemma a sense of where you are in the build, so it can show the right next steps on the dashboard and surface decisions before they block you.
